All Coordination services comes with one of our clean up crew members to help with all clean up before, during and after event so you have one less stress at end of night.

• Manage all vendors day of per your instructions
• Place table names, cards, favors etc. per your instruction

Day of Only Coordination

Our day of only coordination is for brides that just need us there on the day of to run event and to manage the logistics and execution of your special day. This does not include pre wedding help beside timeline. 

Day of Only includes:

* 6 week phone consult to help with timeline

* Day of Rehearsal

* Experienced Head Coordinator to run your special day 3 hours before event  until event concludes.

* Manage vendors day of event to include vendor set up at ceremony and reception sites.

* cake cutting and set our for guest. 

* Make sure everything is going smoothly and to timeline throughout event.
